A Double-Storey Thatched Bamboo Pavilion in a Flower Sea — Renhe, Hangzhou

In the ever-blooming flower sea of Renhe, Hangzhou, the double-storey thatched bamboo pavilion built by Yueteng has become the primary resting and viewing point for visitors. With a two-tier thatched roof, bamboo columns and railings, the pavilion’s woven texture and lashing details give it a rustic yet refined character.

Looking up from inside, the structural relationship between the bamboo beams and the thatched roof is clearly revealed; close-ups of the arched roof showcase the interwoven bamboo texture — a perfect blend of traditional bamboo craft and modern construction standards. Against the blue sky, flower fields and layered trees, the pavilion naturally anchors the landscape.
